1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GOAT SEO website (goatseo.ai) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

GOAT SEO LLC provides search engine optimization, website development, Google Business Profile optimization, and related digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are outlined in individual service agreements.

3. No Guarantee of Results

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor actions, and market conditions. GOAT SEO does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes. We commit to applying industry best practices and proven methodologies to maximize your organic visibility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Strategy Audit fees ($997) are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable once the audit has been delivered.
Monthly retainer fees are due on the 1st of each month.
Late payments may result in suspension of services after a 7-day grace period.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing timely access to website, hosting, and Google accounts as needed
Reviewing and approving content and recommendations in a timely manner
Providing accurate business information
Complying with all applicable laws related to their business and industry

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, and deliverables created by GOAT SEO become the client's property upon full payment. GOAT SEO retains the right to showcase anonymized results as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Any pre-paid fees for undelivered services will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

GOAT SEO LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue or lost profits.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.
